Memphis Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and directory collections relevant to Memphis and Tennessee. Government records are not hosted here, and the service has no affiliation with an office, court, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material obtained through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This site is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.).
